I had a water leak in my kitchen. The wood floor was collecting water. I checked with a few plumbing companies and got quotes for thousands of dollars and all kinds of possible problems. HR silicon valley also stopped by to give me a quick quote. After initial inspection he ran a quick paper towel test underneath the dishwasher and within 10 minutes he figured out that nothing is wrong with plumbing or foundation it's a leaky dishwasher which is dripping water and that is flowing through the wood floor.
